Obtaining a tag for your desired species prior to hunting is not only crucial, but it's responsible. If you want to have the best hunting experience possible, be sure to always obtain the proper tags. While prices vary by state, they usually are affordable. Purchasing of tags can be done online or at authorized retailers, and allows state game commissions to track the animals hunted to ensure they are being hunted ethically and responsibily.

When obtaining hunting tags, be sure to:

-Get the proper tag for the animal you are hunting.

-Get the proper tag for your age and residence.

-Carry your tags with you while hunting.
